Terms of Service

By accessing or using the APIs and related services provided by BoltUtil, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the services immediately.

BoltUtil provides cryptocurrency payment monitoring and Webhook callback services. As a pure technical service provider, we do not touch user funds or provide custodial services. All transactions are completed directly on the underlying blockchain.

You may not use this service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. You are responsible for the safe keeping of your API Keys and Webhook Secrets; any losses resulting from credential leakage shall be borne solely by you.

BoltUtil charges service fees based on your subscription plan. Given the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a plan is active and API calls have been recorded. Please thoroughly test the Free version before upgrading to Pro.

BoltUtil is not liable for losses caused by blockchain network failures (e.g., double-spending attacks, forks), force majeure, or third-party service interruptions. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total service fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
